With this update, players will be able to see the effect of invasive species that transform the environment around them. It could be done by transplanting a certain number of biome specific species like trees, flowers, grasses and animals to transform the biome in a limited radius. For example, removing all trees from a forest will transform the deforested area into a plains biome. The native animals will leave for more suitable conditions, likewise animals from the new biome will spawn now instead. Another example, will be flooding an area and transplanting a certain number of mangrove trees, lily pads, azalea flowers and even frogs will transform it into a swamp. This feature will teach us a valuable lesson but also gives us the creative freedom to terraform our world. My favorite part of this idea is the ability to create a diverse village with villagers from any biome of our choosing without the hassle of looking for the perfect seed or mapping out the right conditions.
