Nether Moon

A Blood Moon phase in the overworld. Spawns nether mobs at night (except ghasts and blazes). All hoglins/piglins spawn zombified. Extremely rare (1/500 full moon phases), but not sleeping for too long increases those odds (up to 1/100?). A beautiful/spooky event simply to make more intrigue of the nether and anticipation of such rare events.
