Central Dimensions

The End dimension is split into 2 distinct dimensions (central & outer). The central End island is its own unique environment for the purpose of telling a story. There should be more eventful places like this so there is less worry of designing a procedurally generated environment and more focus on specific narrative points in minecraft. These enclosed worlds could be many things, such as Atlantis (accessed through hearts of the sea instead of ender eyes), a special nether world that shows the origin of the wither, special dream worlds that depict remnants of past civilizations (each float on their own island/dimension), or whatever the minecraft devs can think of to stimulate the imagination of their community.
