Skeletons should convert to Boggeds when Poisoned

When a Skeleton is affected by a Poison effect (a Witch or a Player using a Poison Potion), it should become Bogged.
This change would make it more tricky to fight a Skeleton when a Witch is nearby, it could turn it into a Bogged and make the battle more difficult.

The Bogged is similar to a poison stray, skeletons do not turn into stray when they get slowness, why should they become Bogged when they get poisoned.
