Do mobs grow

a new game rule that allows you to decide whether animals grow.
if false, baby animals will never grow.
if true, baby animals are growing

    I like this idea  but I don't think a gamerule would be the solution, but maybe an item we could give to baby animals to stop them growing. It could be used to give diversity instead of having all animals with the same size. Example, I prefer baby sniffers than adults.
