Standard Effect is standard upward movement for 20 seconds if no blocks are preventing it

Adding Redstone increases duration to 1 Minute

Adding Glowstone  results in Twice the Standard Speed upwards

Uses:
Ascending to the top of a structure
Escaping a horde of mobs

Building underneath a floor / balcony / structure above you

Collecting Levitating Enderite Gear (see Potential Enderite Traits suggestion)
Sending attacking mobs up and away from you
