Wind boost enchantment for the wind charge

-Wind boost would be a new enchantment that you would put on your armour granting you a significantly higher boost when using the wind charge. As trade offs this enchantment would be an exclusive drop from trial chambers and you would not be able to have blast protection and wind boost at the same time
