Make Fire Charges throwable

Since we have a Wind Charge now that can be thrown by the player, it's strange that we can't do the same with Fire Charges. I think players should be able to throw Fire Charges. If you right click on top of a block, it would simply light it on fire (like it does now), but if you just right click with it in air, you would be able to throw it. Maybe it can even make mobs catch fire for a few seconds if you manage to hit one with it.
