Add Classic / Alpha / Beta Features back with togable option

Hi, Recently I've played for the first time the golden age of minecraft I will say it is really hard.

Today the game seems to be too easy and the community is split by a lot. There is a mod that exist that brings old features back with togable option, perfect for every kind of player.

This mod is called nostalgia tweaks. I would want to see a system that is implemented like that mod into the vanilla game. (remove the hunger system, sprinting enable, old combat option, old weird things that can happen in the older version and more).

Hardcore mode isn't really hardcore anymore, it's too easy to come overpower and never die. If we see this added in vanilla, hardcore mode should have every option enable for the true hardcore experience.

I do think this system can work really great with the 1.21 update cause the trial chamber are so foccused and are the main attraction for that update.

I do think the most part of the community would want a harder challenge and this could be the greatest thing added.
