The Item "the plug" - locking slots for filters and the crafter

Had an Idea for an Item called "the plug" that makes slots unusable

It would not be affected by hoppers or such. Useful for a lot for filters and the crafter - could have been a solution without toggleable slots.

How could you get it? You could get it by shaving wood, as a play on cork production!

Additionally: You could also add it to the bottle recipe, so it had more than one usage.
