A *Working* clock

A Creative menu item /give command item allowing the user of a *Clock* to change the time without the need of /timeset but instead of just instantly moving the time, it moves the sun and moon slowly and allowing the user to lock the time with the clock so the sun will stay the same. For builders to get the perfect sunset screenshot or for people who just wanna mess with the time without having to whip out there keyboard and type a command.
