Ac portal: multiple dimensions possible

To allow potential future uses for portals, make the ancient city portal used by adding different kinds of block as an inner ring and then somehow light it (e.g. with the trial key). Growing world sizes make it difficult to explore. This way, a once explored region could still be used to access new content
