Adding Icecaves and Glaciers in cold biomes on Bedrock

If your in a cold biome the ice will be everywhere including inside the caves and the Glaciers. It will add more atmosphere to the game making it more relistic to real life. The mobs will be the same as the biome above with the ice version of mobs but inside the ice cave/Glacier (structures like dungeons, abandoned mineshafts and Strongholds will not be affected by the underground ice biome). In bigger caves sligmites and stalactite icicles will be simular to the dripstone caves only colder.
