Fletching table use for 21.1

1. Fletching Table Use:
   - Craft arrows using iron nuggets instead of flint. This provides an alternative for players who don't have flint and gives the item a real use.

2. Trick Arrow examples:
   - Crafted at the fletching table, most can only be used by a traditional bow.
   - Types of trick arrows:
     - Arrow of Hypnosis:  Uses a glowing ink sac. Not all mobs can be hypnotized, and the effect wears off if there are no enemies.
     - Teleportation Arrow: Teleports its target to a safe place.
     - Swap Arrow: Swaps the places of the target and the sender.
     - Player Teleportation Arrow: Teleports the player.
     - Explosive Arrow: Does no block damage and some blocks interrupt the explosion. The non-block damage is too thwart griefers.
   - All trick arrows have a cooldown.

3. Additional Ideas:
   - great way to add a quiver for storing arrows.
   - Iron golems should take reduced damage from arrows as they are essentially walking hulks of steel.
   - Arrows should be able to break glass panes.
