Allow Launcher to ask for microphone permissions on MacOS

On MacOS, an application needs to ask for permission before using microphone. The minecraft launcher cannot ask for microphone permissions by default, as the vanilla game does not require microphone. However, certain mods, such as simple voice chat, require the microphone. As a result, MacOS users are forced to use third-party launchers in order to use the mods properly. This would be a simple fix.

  Yes, please yes! This is so annoying and no one wants to have to go out of their way just to download a whole new launcher. If Mojang (or Microsoft?) would add a setting in "General" under maybe "Launcher Accessibility Settings" for microphone permission or just ask upon launching, this would help a lot.

  YES OMG pls Minecraft PLLSSS. its lwk unfair for Mac players, I don't wanna have to open a whole new launcher to be able to talk with others (in the nicest way possible)
