Allow Launcher to ask for microphone permissions on MacOS

On MacOS, an application needs to ask for permission before using microphone. The minecraft launcher cannot ask for microphone permissions by default, as the vanilla game does not require microphone. However, certain mods, such as simple voice chat, require the microphone. As a result, MacOS users are forced to use third-party launchers in order to use the mods properly. This would be a simple fix.
