Enchant Extractor Block

The Enchantment Extractor will be a tool that players can use to extract enchantments (hence the name) from armor, tools, and weapons. The item with the enchantment will be put into a slot on one side. On the opposite side, there will be two slots. One slot will need to have a book in it so the enchantment can be transferred. The other will be there to move the item that had an extracted enchantment. And so that the extractor is balanced, it can take at least 3 levels to extract an enchantment (but it will vary depending on the enchantment.) The crafting recipe can consist of a hopper, enchantment table, emeralds, and a chest. This is so that a decent amount of progression will have to be achieved to get the extractor. The Enchant Extractor would provide a very needed update to enchanting.
