Detail Help for villagers!

First off, love your game and thanks for all you do for it. Getting to my point, I personally love making detailed towns for villagers and letting them run "free range" instead of cooping them up in small spaces/ trading halls. I also love using the profession blocks for detail work but hate the fact that I really have to spend a bunch of extra time messing with the order of profession block placement in effort to keep from getting ten fishermen right off the bat should use ten barrels for storage/ detail work. Would it be possible to take profession blocks and name them on an anvil, thus preventing villagers from pairing with profession blocks that have been named by players?
