New Trading/Enchantement system doesnt make much sense

In my opinion the villiger trading for enchantements never needed a big rehall like this. Yes, It was a bit overpowered, but by making the enchantement books only be traded by master libarians would completely solve this problem. Having certain types of Villigers trade only specific books, just makes it harder in a way no one needs in my opinion, espacially "casual" players who dont really care about this.

Also something i want to address is the unability to enchant books or tools/armor to the max level of an echantment like protection or sharpness. This just eliminates the ability to craft a perfect sword/armor by oneself, instead of finding it or combine swords together. Which doesnt make sense because with the new customization abilities of 1.20 i think you should be able to do exactly this.
