Goat Horns' Utility

Goat horns are nice items, but they are useless, therefore I come up with an idea for the utility. Besides goat horns, also animals would take advantage from it.

Like compass can be used on lodestones, goat horns could be used on animals, so if we used it, our pet would teleport to us by the time the sound will have ended. It would make using both horses, dogs, horns and maybe cats meaningful.
