Work station to apply right click of tool on blocks without placing blocks

New work station with two input and one output slots. In the first slot player places tool (or consumable item), that can be used to right click on certain block to change it. In the second slot player places block that must be affected by tool. And the output will give you block affected by right click of the tool.

Examples: axe in first slot and logs (one or multiple) in second slot give stripped logs in output; shovel in first slot and coarse dirt in second slot give you dirt in output, water bottle in first slot and dirt in second give you mud in output, water bucket in first slot and concrete powder in second slot give you concrete in output etc.

Obviously it should consume durability of the tool (or water bottles, but not buckets).

This would greatly improve quality of life while creating blocks necessary for your builds, you would be able to turn entire stack of blocks into other block without long process of placing and breaking blocks.
