Dropped items should flash when they’re about to despawn

When the Age value of an item entity reaches 5800, the dropped item would start to flash, flashing faster the older it gets.

    Nether stars in Bedrock Editon cannot flash as an item entity, as they never despawn naturally in that edition.

    If an item entity’s age is 5800, its remaining life is 200 ticks. So that gives it 10 seconds to flash.
