Totem Cooldown

Since the recent updates, totems have become very easy to obtain and if you have a bunch of them in your inventory, you are basically not able to die. I think a cooldown would really make this item less overpowered without it becoming useless.

    What if the totem required a bit of experience to be used. So if you had no experience on you, it wouldn’t work. The experience amount could be 1-3 levels maybe, since I think it would be relatively small amount.
