Make the height limit customisable in regular terrain generation

In the current version of the game, it is very difficult to extend the height limit through the menus. you HAVE to make a full datapack.

I suggest bringing back the "more world options" button, as it was very useful, and allowed the height limit to be changed with a .json file. If there was a code-related reason the "import settings" button is gone, at least have a way to extend the height/depth of the world.

This is very useful for superflat survival, as this allows snow to be obtained legitimately, since snow forms at roughly y=600. Since most players don't (or can't) use the custom world type, this would massively increase ease of use.

If it would be "too laggy" just add an amplified-esque "needs a beefy computer" warning.

    Put it on bedrock and put it where you can type a number like in the tick speed thing or like a slider that you slide up for higher and lower for default
