to cast spells, wizards harvest magic from the weave of magic that is spread throughout the universe. This is how such magic is possible. the weave can be harvested through an ethereal vacuum. (Crafted with a mana flower and five diamonds.) then said magic weave must be put through a weave processer (same recipe as the vacuum but with one redstone.) and dispensed into a cauldron for collection. Then the raw magic can be made into indestructible blocks to make a wizard's tower (see my wizard's tower post.) armor, and weapons with random magical effects. (See my better weapons post.) It can also be put into bottles for future use. They can also be an ingredient in potions. Putting one in a brewing stand makes a potion that halves mana (see my twilight forest post.) consumption. It can also be made into a splash potion that gives a random effect. (Launch subject into the air, make subject bigger, set subject on fire etc.) When used with a fermented spider eye it becomes a grenade that dispells any magic in the area disrupting the weave. (In said dispelled areas you cannot harvest magic.)
