Faster Minecart Alternative

Many people wish to have minecarts sped up, but this would lead to a lot of builds being broken(such as roller coasters). Instead, I suggest a brand new Minecart, that uses a pre-existing minecart in its crafting recipe(Like how a bow is used in the dispenser recipe). It could travel at around 3 times the speed of the normal minecart, and de-rail if it doesn't slow down before a corner, just like a previous snapshot that did exactly this. This new minecart could be named something like the powered minecart, and use gold and redstone in its recipe. Thanks!
