recovering lost Allays

Allays seem prone to getting lost.

\this proposal is to use one or any of the goat horns to recll all \Allays within range to the player blowing the horn.

    The allay horn would be crafted with a goat horn and 8 blue dyes.

    A goat horn and amethyst shards would make more sense, or perhaps a music disc.

    Please omg!! I had around 10 allays for a SMP im in and ive had to set up bounties because they all decided to go explore the next chunk over LMAO. Its very annoying so even if they just use things like a set music disc you use as a home spawn that would be ideal, so they CAN go out but they always cone back
