Elytra Customization

What if flying mobs like phantoms and bats and also chickens dropped their wings or maybe as a 50 percent drop? And in a crafting table you would need 9 of those wings and in the middle have an elytra. This would make the game more customizable for the player and I think this is a good idea. It would add a phantom, chicken, and bat elytra Customization and it would give bats more of a use.
