Minecraft isn't what it used to be. The game lacks a sense of progression and it makes the game less interesting, boring and hard to stay invested.
I suggest we make mobs and structures scale with the player
(mob difficulty scaling)
*When you get your first iron the chance of mobs spawning with weapons and or armor increase
*When you get your first diamonds the chance of mobs spawning with weapons and armor increase again and new more difficult mobs start pawning.
when you kill the ender dragon the chance that mobs spawn with iron and or diamond weapons and armor increase dramatically
I think this will make the game more fun and enjoyable again.
