Many people including myself feel Minecraft has become too easy, one of the biggest reasons people feel the game has become too easy is there is no longer the fear of surviving nights in Minecraft because you can always skip them using the bed (often making one before the first night ever comes), this is why I think Mojang should add in the addition of Bloodmoons as a world setting (this way it’s optional), the way it would work is a lot like the Bloodmoon mods for java, where every single night the chance of a Bloodmoon increases by 5% (whether you sleep or not), when a Bloodmoon finally does spawn at sunset, it would prevent the player from being able to skip night, and increase the spawn rate of all hostile mobs (and the chance of them wearing armor and having weapons), additionally the moon would obviously be red and the sky should have a red tint, along with some thick fog, if they wanted to take it further they could even add new mobs or variants of already existing mobs (say a bloodlust zombie which moves as fast as a baby zombie but is full size and has increased health, the possibilities are endless), lastly as previously mentioned this should be a world option and also it could be cool if Bloodmoons only started spawning after 100 days survived (gives a reason to survive 100 days and adds more endgame content and challenge and would prevent an unlucky blood moon on night 2), I hope whoever reads this upvotes this if they agree, so that hopefully Mojang can see this!
