Disenchanting Table

I think there should be a grindstone that doesn't give you XP but you can take away certain enchantments.

I would love this because do you ever feel like "I'm finally gonna max out all my armor!" and then in the anvil it says "Too Expensive" And you realize "Oh both the pieces have too many enchantments"? Well I think you should be able to remove specific enchantments, (Taking away curses would still take XP.) then you can max out your armor quicker. Also if you stick a book and lapis in it can transfer the enchantment to the book. (This would use XP also.) 

Then the crafting recipe could be something to do with the grindstone and cost 2 netherite ingots to make it fair.
