Add wind horns for 1.21

With the arrival of the new mob the breeze, I think it should have an item when killed the breeze or appear in chests on  the trial chambers.
The item would be called wind scales, if you put a horn on a crafting table and surrounded by wind scales you would create the wind horn.

The wind horn would serve to expel wind when you right click and move the other entities or players 5 blocks away, something similar to the effect that the breeze balls give.
If the player looks towards the ground and right clicks with the item, the player himself would have a boost, raising it 5 blocks up. Its usefulness is reflected for pvp, pve or parkour.

  I would craft the wind horn with breeze rods instead of wind scales.  I would also make this item have a charge up requirement where you have to right click on an empty air block to gather wind into the horn before expelling it.  Other than that, a Great Idea!
