Candles change enchantment table

The enchantment table currently has complete random enhanting. I like to fix this, and immediately give function to candles. Place candles on top of the bookcases and they change what enchants you get, based on their colour and amount of candles. For example; you place red candles and this gives an improved chance of getting fire protection while enchanting armour, while black would give thorns, giving you more say in what enchants you get, while removing the need for constant rerolls
