Eliminate conflicts between Piercing and Multishot.

Crossbow enchantments Piercing and Multishot should not conflict.

Competing enchantments are either enchantments that have completely opposite effects, such as Silk Touch and Fortune, or they conflict because they are too strong when used together, such as Smite and Sharpness.

Piercing and Multishot are considered to fall under the latter category.

However, the crossbow is not a very strong weapon compared to the bow, so some kind of enhancement is required.

Therefore, if we eliminate the conflict between Piercing and Multishot and apply the effect of Piercing only to the arrow in the center of Multishot, the arrow will hit at most 7 bodies, so I think the balance will not be disrupted to that extent.
