working food chain

I have solved your animal whom shall not be named problem. with this a working food chain wolves will attack and kill sheep but they won't eat it. and that bugs me more then the unfair ban on animal whom shall not be named. they kill baby turtles, foxes, rabbits, sheep, and skeletons. but wont eat any of them even whose multiple  mobs do the same thing and still won't eat them i want predators and prey in Minecraft. yes i know that some else said food chain but they meant one with the food bar thingy.
