Blizzards

When there is a thunderstorm in a snowy biome it would be a snowstorm/blizzard. This would make it harder to see and the thunder sounds will be replaced by the sound of howling wind. It would also inflict the freezing effect (the same one you get when you walk into powder snow), this can be prevented by standing by a campfire or torch or wearing leather armour.
