Camels should respawn in Desert Villages

It would be needed, but only temporarily to try and catch a Minecraft bug where camels despawn randomly, even in safe and secured places for no reason at all.

As camels cannot respawn, if they despawn randomly, this requires more chunk searching.

This has been solved in the https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/34234917741325-Minecraft-Beta-Preview-1-21-70-23 release by allowing camels to spawn naturally in the desert wild.
