Controller Support for Java Edition

Java Edition should have controller support for accessibility reasons since it may be difficult for someone to use the keyboard or mouse, and it can be difficult to find and install mods that allow for controller support in that edition of the game. It would also make controller users happy and more likely to continue playing Java edition without the struggle of having to mod the game.
