uranium transmitter

The uranium can be used for a new block. The block can record a redstone signal and pass it on to another block over long distances. The receiver also loads the chunks around it at the same time and passes on the signal. My idea for the uranium would be that if a normal uranium block is hit by an explosion, we create a horizontal explosion and generate paticle where you get a poison effect
