Remove enchant pop ups in hot bar on console (setting)

On console, if you have an enchanted weapon that you switch to in the hot bar the enchance pop up on the screen and yes there is a GUI scaling setting but when you have maxed out tools it is blinding and almost punishing to my eyes it is horrid.

  It’s just so annoying it makes the game so hard to play and makes pvp practically impossible because you can’t see anything other than all the enchantments
