Some questions about the cherry blossom cape

I am a minecraft player from China, I have limited English skills, this article is done with a translation, please forgive me if there is any inappropriateness. Here are the questions about me:

In this creature poll, I only voted on the Bedrock Edition server, and my Bedrock Edition game account got the cherry blossom cape, but my JAVA version still didn't get it, as of this post. This puzzled me.
I've learned from unreliable sources that the Java version of the cherry blossom cape needs to be voted on the website to get it. I hope that an official will explain it to me, and I really like this cherry blossom cape.

    i have the same problem STILL, its been months :( I 100% voted on bedrock and I'm pretty sure I voted on the launcher too
