The Decapitator\Executioner enchantment

The Decapitator\Executioner enchantment(I am not sure about the name) is an enchantment that can be found in the woodland mansion chests, you can use it on axes, and this what it does:

• When you kill monsters(that have a head item in Minecraft) or Players there is a chance(depending on the level) that it will drop its head after death.
• This enchantment has 3 levels, depending on them the chance of dropping the head will be different: Level I 20%, level II 40%, and level III 60%.

Why this is a good addition:

• This will be a new reason to go to the Woodland mansion.
• It would be cool to have another way to get heads beside charged Creepers, but the heads still will be rare, because this enchantment can be found only in Woodland mansion, which is a rare and hard structure.
• This will make it possible to get player heads in Survival mode, and I think this will be VERY cool and useful in multiplayer. just imagine a base of a player on anarchy server, where the heads of all the players that he killed are hanging.
• And finally, this will be a new exclusive enchantment for axes.
