Advanced Potion and Potion Item Coats

This new advanced potion system allows you to increase the duration and put multiple effects on one potion, as well as amplifying the effect. To do this you need to craft an advanced brewing stand, which is crafted using one normal brewing stand surrounded by eight gold ingots. In Survival Mode, you can only increase the duration to 10 minutes and add up to four effects on one potion and amplify up to level five.  In Creative Mode, there is no limit to the duration, amplification, and amount of effects. Potion coats would last for half of the weapons durability and would be applied by right-clicking a cauldron filled with the potion you wish to coat the weapon with.
