Greetings everyone!
This week we've had a new snapshot featuring 3 new commands regarding to changing Player height, Player reach, and Player step height. These commands are awesome and will be amazing for map-making.
But I believe there is a great potential feature here
a potion of shrink & and a potion of growth.
You could have different strengths which change how tall or short you are. all while adjusting how far away you can reach and move up blocks.
I believe this would be a fun feature to the game with some multiple uses.
Imagine using something like that in PVP to make your hitbox smaller or escape. or throw a splash potion of growth to make your attacker giant getting them to get stuck or suffocate in the ceiling of a cave.
Or you could use it for building! Make yourself giant to get better reach in high places and further away
I'm sure you all could find other uses for a feature like this and I hope that now these features are possible in the game through commands that something like this may be considered!
It has been a long time since any potions were added and with a combat update on the horizon maybe we may see some new additions!
