Return the copper horns

Make the copper horns return but with a new function, depending on the type of horn you use it would only affect certain mobs, and if you look up and use it you would attract the mobs towards you, if you do it normal you would scare them and if if you use it crouching you would stun them, and thus it would be more useful for combat
