Create an .rpm installer for Fedora Linux

I am currently on fedora linux. It is one of the most popular linux distro, after Debian and its based distros (and certainly more popular and used than Arch-linux). In your download page there are the installer for debian and arch-based system (and the executable for other distros). having the pleasure of installing and using Minecraft with An official launcher for fedora, instead of using every time the executable would be appreciated. Creating a .rpm package isn't that hard and it would help millions of people around the world to play this beautiful game without the need of unsafe on unknown third party launchers. Thanks for your time and patience

    I agree. I have been using prism launcher but I wanted to have the regular minecraft launcher as well for my own reasons. Disappointing that this remains unaddressed.

    As an Arch user I support the addition of an .rpm installer to make the launcher truly accessible on Fedora and a lot of other .rpm based distros.
