Copper Bulbs

I propose that copper bulbs have a delay based on their oxidation level. The more oxidized the more delay. This would allow a player to wax a bulb at a specific oxidation level to control what tick delay they want. 

Normal copper = 1 tick

Exposed = 2 ticks

Weathered = 3 ticks

Oxidized = 4 ticks

It could also be 1, 2, 4, and 8 ticks respectively indicating that the bulb is getting less responsive as it oxidizes.

  maybe make normal 0 ticks, exposed 1, weathered 2, and oxidized 3 but its good idea
