Have anchor damage and radius change with how charged it is

Have anchors do more damage and have a larger radius the more glowstone is in it. This would make crystal pvp more difficult and would make more sense. it could then also be used as a small and not deadly explosion when it only has 1 charge something that isn't yet in Minecraft. But make it not explode with no charges as people might accidentily blow them up then.

P.S This would mean glow stone has explosive properties so something fun could be done with that if you want or it could be ignored.
