Nerf totems

Curently hardcore is meningless once you get a raid farm and bad omen so i suggest that at-least in hardcore (as the people who actuly play hardcore for the once die rule dont use totems but outside people use totems) have totems remove a usable heart when they pop in hardcore and have the hearts added back by by notch apples
