There's some things that Bedrock edition doesn't have that Java does, and I want to change that for people finding out tricks and not being able to do them because their Java exclusive, Bedrock doesn't have, the debug stick, a lot of commands, the accuracy of dispensers, the ability to stand on the boat entity, arrows sticking out of the person when shot (please include all projectiles including bee stingers), the combat update (I like the spam hitting but the cooldown just feels right), having shields be able to block everything, it is so unfair that Java crossbows have 365 durability and Bedrock crossbows only 364 =), Java has more seeds and bigger worlds, visible mob heads on Villagers, mods and shaders, the ability to run your own server, distance when entities load in, axe being better damage than sword, and the different stuff you can hold in off hand, please don't take anything away from Bedrock just add the stuff to it please even though some of these are small differences.
